Description of the service offered
Servixa is a cloud platform for car workshop management that enables:
- Order management and tracking
- Client and vehicle records
- Invoice creation and management
- Order calendar and planning
- Parts warehouse management
- Statistics and reports
- Data export
The service is provided as SaaS (Software as a Service) with the option to choose from various tariff plans.
Prices and currency
All prices are stated in US dollars (USD).
Available tariff plans:
- Trial period: 14 days free for all plans
- Free: $0/month – 15 orders/month, 15 invoices/month, order calendar, warehouse
- Starter: $13/month or $125/year – 50 orders & invoices/month, 2 employees, max 15 clients, export data, car history
- Professional: $29/month or $278/year – 200 orders & invoices/month, 5 employees, max 40 clients, warehouse, tire storage
- Business: $54/month or $499/year – unlimited orders & invoices, 15 employees, all features
- Enterprise: Custom pricing – contact sales for tailored plans
Payment method: Payments are processed through Stripe (USD). We accept card payments and other available methods.
Payment method
Payments are processed through Stripe and are securely protected by the 3D-Secure protocol.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
- Bank transfer
- Online banking
Recurring payments (subscription)
When setting up a subscription, we will display all relevant information in the payment interface and ask for your explicit consent to set up recurring payment and store card details with Stripe.
- Purpose of payment: provision of Servixa service (subscription for the chosen tariff).
- Amount: according to the chosen tariff and period; for recurrence it is fixed (unless otherwise stated).
- Maximum amount per payment: no more than the price of the chosen tariff for the given period (monthly/yearly).
- Period: monthly or yearly.
- Date/frequency of charges: usually the anniversary of activation; fixed (unless otherwise stated).
- Changing settings: in the Servixa account customer section (self-service) or by email at info@servixa.net.
- Cancelling recurring payment: by turning off automatic renewal in the account (access continues until the end of the already paid period). For details see Recurring payment terms.
- Card storage: card details are securely tokenized and stored with Stripe; data is handled according to PCI-DSS Level 1 standard.

Right of withdrawal from the contract
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding the contract without giving a reason.

Consequences of withdrawal: In case of withdrawal we will refund all payments you have made in connection with the contract, no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal.
Complaint procedure
How to report a complaint: You can submit a complaint electronically by email: info@servixa.net
Complaint requirements: The complaint must contain:
- Your email
- Description of the defect or problem
- Date the problem occurred
- Requested resolution
Resolution period: We will resolve the complaint no later than 30 days from its submission.

General terms and conditions
Agreement to terms
By using the Servixa platform you agree to these terms and conditions.
User data
The user is obliged to provide true and up-to-date information when registering and when using the application. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data.
Data protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and Privacy policy. It is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
Liability
The operator is not liable for errors caused by the user or for data loss caused by improper use of the application.
Prohibited behaviour
- using the application for illegal purposes,
- interfering with the operation of the application (e.g. attack attempts),
- sharing your account with other persons.
Changes to terms
The operator reserves the right to change these terms at any time. You will be informed of changes through the application or by email.
Account cancellation
The user may request cancellation of their account at any time. The operator reserves the right to block or cancel an account in case of violation of the terms.
